FELL IN LOVE WITH A GIRL

by Samara Siskind

Psych student Joyce Michaels awaits a blind date in a café. Enter silver-tongued Casanova, Edward Campbell. Once Edward realizes Joyce has mistaken him for her date, he all too willingly embraces the blunder. A promising love affair evolves, but the couples’ respective best friends and unrevealed deceptions threaten to poison their future as the relationship gets turned inside out by a few bombshells. Forget war. In yesterday’s day and age, dating was hell.  At a time before Tinder, Fell in Love with a Girl takes a retro look at love, friendship, and dating in the 21st century, in a world before we all began swiping right.
